About

Trevor is a general manager who excels in "front of the ship" roles: marketing, sales and business development. With a finance background, he also knows how to steer by the numbers.

Mentors have called him a utility player and "Mr. Fix-it." He is brought in to scale something or to turn it around, and he does it through disciplined goal setting, clear metrics shared with everyone in the company, and a hard-working but fun environment that makes people want to come to work. He listens more than he talks, and spends more time with his team than with his superiors.

He has been accountable for billions in revenue and thousands of people, has lived in London, Amsterdam, Sydney and Tokyo, and has done business across Europe, Asia-Pacific and almost every U.S. state. Winning matters to him, but never at the expense of integrity.

Now in what he calls the second half of the game, his focus is giving back to the generation that will lead next.
